Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Domestic Shipping We ship to all 50 US states.
International Shipping We currently can ship internationally. If applicable, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages MFC Technologies is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@mfctechnologies.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
